• History:  Established in 1993, Cheatle & Associates has investigated over 3,700 matters (as at mid 2017).  Giles Cheatle has personally conducted or closely overseen all.

• Experience: We have gathered high quality evidence in 10's (if not 100's) of each of at least the following environments:   Pubs & Clubs, the Workplace, Construction Sites, Homes & Units (including Strata Titles), Shops & Shopping Centres, Restaurants, Holiday Parks & Resorts, Sporting, Recreation, Leisure & Entertainment Venues, Retirement Villages, Places of Worship, Places of Learning/Education and on the Roads and Waterways.

Cheatle & Associates' founder, Giles Cheatle, embarked upon a ten year (semi) professional sporting career in England upon leaving school. During the same period Giles completed a Bachelor of Arts and later, in the off season, was gainfully employed by a substantial finance/insurance brokerage in London, "Norton Warburg".

Upon migrating to Australia in his late twenties, Giles was employed by "Wardleys" (then the Merchant Banking arm of HSBC) and then by the insurance arm of ANZ Bank.  After fulfilling senior management roles at both, Giles attained further qualifications in Risk Management and gained a Private Enquiry Agent's licence, before subcontracting to a reputable firm of liability investigators for approximately three years. Then in 1993 Giles established Cheatle & Associates, a business which grew slowly and steadily to become the successful firm it is today.
