Modus Operandi

In Short. We rapidly look to confirm the facts via the highest quality evidence, most often detailed signed statements.  We ensure that all potential Defendants are unearthed, including contractual relationships.  We look to recreate the scene at the material time (photographs, diagrams) and seek detailed eyewitness accounts.

Focus.  We are especially familiar with a vast array of industries/scenarios and know where to focus our efforts - obtaining high quality evidence in defence of Particulars of Negligence.

Diligence.  We are always polite but unerringly persistent having interviewees fully address the relevant issues, not just those they wish to address.

Speed.  Our first, meaningful report is always submitted within approximately three weeks and we keep clients frequently updated thereafter. We also act with sufficient speed and accuracy to facilitate early settlement, whilst ensuring no surprises during negotiations or in Court.

Value.  We provide value by rapidly "covering all bases" early on, focussing on the core issues thereafter. Value is also inherent in our diligent unearthing of recovery avenues and contributory negligence.

Quality Control.  How we work is dictated by the nature of our Investigators, our stringent recruitment processes and quality controls.

Tailoring.  We tailor enquiries to suit the severity and/or size of the matter, working closely with those instructing us.

Settlements.  We have a long and successful record of settling matters, including looking after all the paperwork.
